A small-batch micro bakery with a big love for real sourdough. We started with a simple mission: to bring honest, handmade bread back to the community. Every loaf we bake is naturally leavened, slowly fermented, and crafted with just a few wholesome ingredients — organic flour, water, real salt, and time.
